Fresh out of college, Ben develops hemorrhoids from eating too much spicy food. When he goes to the hospital for treatment, he discovers that his doctor is Heitor Figueiredo, his stepfather's son. The first digital rectal exam leaves Ben mortified. Their embarrassing doctor-patient relationship keeps bringing them together. Ben gradually falls in love with Heitor. He deliberately eats spicy dishes just for another chance to see him, and the two keep testing each other's feelings amid complicated emotional tension. A return visit to the clinic finally breaks through the wall between them.
