Elijah Baran is a genie from a magic lamp who can grant three wishes. After thousands of years, a billionaire uses his final wish to grant Elijah freedom, but on one condition: Elijah must marry his granddaughter, Christine, for five years! To fulfill the wish, Elijah becomes human, marries Christine, and secretly helps her become a successful CEO. Yet Christine constantly ignores and belittles him throughout the marriage. As the five years draw to an end, Elijah begins to realize that Christine may never truly love him. He decides to divorce her.
